ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Our check-in time is from 2pm. Check-out is by 11am. By prior arrangement, we are happy to store your luggage.
PARKING
Blue Badge Holders can park for free and for an unlimited period in any of the on-street resident parking bays that surround Dukes. Please note, that we offer limited on-site parking at our sister hotel, The Bird (3-minute walk from Dukes). This is priced at £20 per vehicle, per night. Additional chargeable parking can be found at Bath Cricket Club. Those that book direct will receive 50% off parking charges.
Cars and their contents are parked entirely at the owners’ risk.

Breakfast will be freshly prepared and served from 7:30am until 10am
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your cancellation policy is dependent on your package booked & stated on your confirmation. No-shows will be treated as a cancellation and will be charged in full.
