The Cavendish Restaurant
The Cavendish Restaurant and Bar have been designed to provide a light, airy environment in which to relax in comfort and the adjoining secluded patio garden, complete with sparkling fountain and scented roses, is perfect for summer alfresco eating.
The smaller, more intimate, of the two dining rooms can be reserved for private parties, receptions or business meetings.
As part of Dukes Hotel the Cavendish is open to both residents and non-residents.
The Cuisine
Head Chef, Fran Snell, has created seasonal menus which reflect the tastes and variety of the very best British produce. He uses organic and free range ingredients which, where possible, are locally sourced to create a tempting choice of meat, seafood and vegetarian dishes.
Lunch: Fixed price menu offering a choice of two or three courses. Light meals are also served in the Bar at lunchtime.
Dinner: Full a la carte menu.
Wines: Comprehensive wine list incorporating a choice of French and New World wines.
